WHO I AM
Hello.
I’m a digital content and communications specialist based in Albany, New York. I work for New York State as a Public Information Specialist 2 (Digital Content) with the Workers’ Compensation Board, supporting public-facing websites and online services.
My work focuses on making information clear, accessible, and easy to use. I work across web content development, ADA/WCAG accessibility, multilingual publishing, analytics reporting, and large-scale website updates and improvements. I also supervise staff and collaborate with program teams and WebNY to ensure digital services meet user needs.
Before working for the state, I spent several years in graphic design and marketing. I worked on everything from print catalogs and ad campaigns to branding, websites, and multimedia content. That background still influences how I approach digital work, especially when it comes to layout, consistency, and usability.
Outside of work, I spend time in pottery studios and have taken classes in glass blowing and blacksmithing. Working across different materials continues to shape how I think about design, detail, and process.
